It is an IBIS hotel, no expectations. Room was okay, bed was comfy and the service was very friendly. Best for us at the hotel, it is just a few steps from the train station.
Clean well located hotel with good staff and continental breakfast. Some rooms overlook the railway station. Noise wasn't an issue for me but might bother some. I was traveling with a bicycle and it was permitted to keep in the room although storage was also available.
Very convenient location, basic, clean smallish rooms. Great shower water pressure! But best features were the extremely helpful staff, fluent with English and helped keep our bags even though we had an overnight stay at Mont St Michel. Really helped our group of 7 during what can be a tricky period over Christmas. Highly recommended and well priced. It is a budget hotel with limited amenities but the service exceeded our expectations - thanks again to the wonderful staff
My Room was immaculate, all of the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.
Clean, Quiet and good quality room. Staff were friendly and accommodating (depsite my late arrival and fairly early departure)
Very bad experience. We did the check-in on Sunday evening and when we entered the room the bed was untidy and the room not ready (photo 1). They changed us the room, but the new one had a lot of hair stuck in the walls and in the floor of the shower. On the other hand, few days before arriving they sent us a message with some indications and saying that the parking was for free but it was not at all, they have charged us 22€. Finally, we paid for the breakfast but they told us wrongly the end time and when we reached it was just over. At least this was good news since they gave us back the money as it's so expensive for what they offer (I strongly recommend going outside for example to Oh My Biech Coffe Shop, which is walking distance and they offer nice options for breakfast).

this stay is my fav so far. stayed in room 201. spacious and love the window can open a lil to let the cold air in bcus i tend to sweat easily. very good service. receptionist let us extend our stay from 12pm to 4pm at 15 euro. clean room. everything working fine, tv etc. close to carefour. right behind the train station. just go up to the 3rd floor of the train station n exit by the end of the escalator, turn right n walk straight n u will reach. but its a distance walk to rennes old town. i highly recommend n will stay again if i ever come back.
